Ms. Boehm currently serves as Independent Director of Hudson Valley Credit Union, a top-40 US rapidly growing credit union, where she has served as Vice Chair and on multiple committees. As President of The Grolier Club of New York's Board of Trustees, she led executive director succession and strengthened member engagement during COVID-19. She also serves as a Trustee of Rare Book School, University of Virginia, and as a Trustee of the American Trust for the British Library. Prior board service includes Citigroup Trust NA and Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Ltd.
Ms. Boehm served as the Global Chief Information Officer at Perella Weinberg Partners, leading enterprise-wide technology strategy and governance. Her early career includes leadership roles at CIT Group, Citigroup Trust, Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Ltd., NextGen Technology Pte. Ltd., and Bank of Bermuda Ltd., among others.
Ms. Boehm earned her MBA in International Finance & Economics from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University. She also holds FINRA SIE and Series 99 certifications.
